Rx requests will be processed before 3 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and before 11 am on Wednesdays. Refills received after these times will be processed the next normal business day. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Should you need your pet's Rx urgently, please call our office directly at (919) 202-5656. You will be contacted once your pet's Rx refill is ready for pickup. If you have not been contacted by our office, your pet's Rx is not ready for pickup. For your pet's safety, certain medications may require routine blood testing to ensure that your pet can continue their medication safely. We will contact you if your pet requires testing prior to refilling their Rx. There is a processing fee for all controlled substances, and we are required to document your information with the DEA for all controlled substances.
